Terms & Conditions of Trade

At Greenfinch Sales LLP, we strive to ensure transparent, fair, and professional business dealings. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted with our company:

 

1. Order Confirmation

All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or signed purchase order.
Minimum order quantities may apply based on the product type and destination.

 

2. Pricing

Prices are quoted in USD, INR, or as mutually agreed, and are subject to change based on market conditions.
Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order placement and is valid for a specified period.

 

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made via bank transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC), or other agreed-upon methods.
Standard terms:
oAdvance Payment: 20% on order confirmation
oBalance: Before shipment or against copy of shipping documents or against LC (depending on agreement)

 

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery terms are based on Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.) and specified in each contract.
Estimated delivery schedules are provided but may vary due to customs clearance, shipping delays, or force majeure.

 

5. Packaging

Products are packed as per international standards or customer specifications.
Custom packaging, labeling, and branding are available upon request (may incur additional costs).

 

6. Quality Assurance

All goods are inspected before dispatch.
Certificates of Analysis, Phytosanitary Certificates, or other documents are provided when applicable.

 

7. Claims & Disputes

Claims regarding product quality or quantity must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Greenfinch Sales LLP will investigate and, if valid, offer a suitable solution or replacement.

 

8. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Jaipur/Rajasthan, India], unless otherwise agreed.

 

9. Force Majeure

Greenfinch Sales LLP shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

 

10. Confidentiality

All trade-related communications, documents, and business terms are to be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

For detailed agreements and product-specific terms, a formal Sales Contract will be provided.
